Looking for seasoned Head Chef/Cook or experienced Chef/Cook with ambition to manage/lead small team in the kitchen. Good team in place. Can be fast paced.
Must have knowledge of Japanese food. Able to prepare, cook and serve hot meals (rice
and noodle bowl, bentos, etc) and/or prepare and serve sushi & sashimi. Have good
attention to detail.
Initially, able to follow current menu, recipes & systems is essential.
5 day, approx, 45 hrs/week salaried position. (Will consider candidates that would like 5.5 to 6 days/week).
55k-60k + Super (negotiable)
Own transport an advantage.
