Hi all, we are looking for someone or a couple who wants to replace me and my partner. It is our master bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment.

You can have the bed and washing machine for free, and the sofa as well for a small amount of money. The only thing you need is a fridge, which you can split it with the other tenant. He is happy to buy a new fridge for the apartment. 

Its located on 8 Jeays Street, Bowen Hills.
Only 5 minute walk to train station and 5 minute train ride to the city. 10-15 min walk to the valley. 

PLUS PARKING in the basement, inside the building. 

ONLY $230 a week for 1 person and $250 for 2 people (without bills)

Bills is around $25-30 a week per person. 

The other tenant is australian, always happy to help clean the apartment if you ask him to. 

He is 22 year old, a part time worker, always stays in his room. He doesn’t really have friends come over. The apartment is quiet most of the time. But he doesn’t mind if you have friends or family come over and stay.
