You guys will be used a SECOND ROOM and will be shared one bath.

In kitchen, there is many dishes, rice cooker and coffee machine, and use all feel free.

The apartment is located close to a bus station (60/city glider) within 5 mins by walk. 

You can get to the city around 20 mins by bus and 10mins by car.

Woolworths is very close from the house (within 3mins by walk)

There are several shopping spots nearby. (Aldi, Homemaker, Harvey Norman. )

NAB and ANZ is nearby Woolworths, there is Commonwealth bank as well 15mins by walk.

* $155/w , 2weeks Deposit , 2weeks notice!

* 1 car park available $10/w

* Including all bills (electricity, water, internet) 

* I hope someone who can use the house clean.

* Can use Pool and gym

* Will be lived just 3ppl
