As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Mobile Phone Technician that enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices
• Trouble-shooting customer inquiries/Technical phone issues
• Demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers
• Carry out quality control test
• Provide repair skill training to new or junior phone repair technicians

Requirements

• Proven work experience in Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices repair as a mobile phone technician for at least 6 months
• Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair skills across all popular brands of Smartphone and Tablets
• Micro soldering level repair skill will be preferred but not essential
• Strong technical attributes and responsibility
• Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
