Pastry Cook – Morning Shift (Part-time / Casual)  

Location 340 Adelaide Street

4:00am – 12:30pm | 24 hours per week

Casual Level 1–3 (based on experience)

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Pastry Cook to join the team at The Hideout Specialty Coffee.

You'll be the heart of our morning operation — baking beautiful pastries, setting up the display, and making sure every product meets our quality standard.

Key responsibilities:
• Morning baking and pastry production
• Product preparation and daily mise en place
• Service support — display setup, restocking, and maintaining product quality
• Cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry section

What we're looking for: • Experience in pastry or baking • Early riser with a reliable, punctual attitude • Attention to detail and a passion for quality • Food safety knowledge • A great team player
