• 3 bed / 2 bath: Currently 1 couple, 1 male living in the house. [Koreans and full time workers]

• 2 min drive / 11 min walk to Eight Mile Plains Shopping Centre

• 7 min drive to Garden City Shopping Centre & Sunnybank Plaza

• 6 min walk to bus stop (routes 152, 545)

• 7 min walk to bus stop with frequent city buses

• Queen bed, ceiling fan, desk & chair, wardrobe, clothes rack, fan

• Kitchen detergent, hand soap, cleaning supplies, tissues provided
