Momo Chicken, the largest chicken franchise in Brisbane, is currently hiring additional team members to join both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams across our locations.

Momo Chicken Chermside Westfield

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

• 1x FOH Staff (Full-time or Part-time)

• 1x BOH Staff (Part-time or Full-time)

FOH Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude

• Accurately take and understand food & beverage orders

• Make menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries

• Operate the POS system correctly

• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to requests or issues

• Handle payments and manage cash

• Keep the dining area clean and follow the company’s cleaning schedule

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team

BOH Responsibilities:

• Passionate about Korean cuisine, with strong responsibility and reliability

• Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment and facilities

• Understand hygiene and food safety practices

• Accurate knowledge of the menu and preparation

• Duties include kitchen assistance, dishwashing, food prep, and frying

• No prior experience needed — anyone who loves chicken is welcome to apply!

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
