Now Hiring Founding Members & Store Manager – Toowoomba Clifford Gardens

We are a successful global dollar store company, currently operating in New Zealand and Fiji, and are now launching a brand-new brand in Australia – The Dollar Plus.

Our very first store in Australia will be opening in early November 2025 at Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, Toowoomba.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated people to join us as the founding members of our first Australian store!

Positions Available

• Store Manager (Full-time, Urgently Hiring!)

• Full-time / Part-time Retail Staff

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking attitude

• Positive personality with a team-oriented mindset

• Retail / dollar store experience preferred (but passion and willingness to learn are just as important!)

• Good English communication skills

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Must hold a valid visa with eligibility to work long-term in Australia

Benefits & Conditions

• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + promotion opportunities as the company grows

• Manager Salary: AUD $68,000 – $80,000 per year + Superannuation + Annual Leave

• Staff: To be discussed during interview

• Location: Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre, Toowoomba
