(Convenient location even without a car) Public transport fares across Queensland have been reduced to 50 cents since August 5th. 1 minute walk to convenience store. (The house is located in a clean and quiet area) If you have a car, you can use the car park in front of the house, within the complex, or unlimited street parking. 5 minutes by car to Woolworths, ALDI, etc.
