We are looking for a female to occupy a private room in our peaceful and relaxing townhouse in Murarrie from 4th Feb 2025.

The room is on the 3rd floor, and the ceiling fan and wide wardrobe are spacious. You will be sharing the bathroom with other single women and you have your sharing private balcony with her.

The townhouse complex offers access to a nice swimming pool, gym, and barbecue area that are maintained often.

People who have a good or clean lifestyle and are non-smokers are welcome.

It is good for people related to factory jobs such as Raptis, ACC, Ingham, PMFresh, and Warehouse nearby.

Wi-Fi is using Telstra 5G.
You can use Cuckoo, Cuchen rice cooker, air fryer, blender, coffee pot, coffee machine, etc. as much as you want, and you can use the washing machine at your convenience.

Detergent, laundry detergent, etc. are provided and the cost is $290 per week including all equipment.

2 month minimum. 2 week pay, 2 week deposit, 2 week notice.
