I am looking for one or two female share mates for our master room in Enoggera.

It is a master room but doesn't have an ensuite which means you will be sharing the bathroom/toilet with the others.

The total number of people leaving in the property will be either 3 or 4 people.

The room has two single beds, a desk/chair, a built-in wardrobe and an air-conditioning.

The house is close to shops and public transport (10 mins walk).

There is no minimum stay and bond is 2 weeks and 2 weeks notice is required when leaving.

The room is $260 for one person and $320 for two people ($160 per person).

The rent includes bills, detergent, cleaning products and toilet papers.

The room will be available from 28 January 2025.
