The house is located at a very convenient hot spot at the Sunnybank, all walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stops.

3 mins walk to bus stops where buses goes to Garden City Westfield, Brisbane CBD and Griffith University.

8 mins walk to Banoon train station and 10 mins walk to Sunnybank train station.

Beautifully fully furnished room with good furnitures. 

You will be sharing a bathroom with one or two other housemates.

$290 per week including all bills

$580 for bond (2weeks of rent); 2 weeks of notice of leave and minimum of 4 months stays
