I have 1 rooms available in a newly-built Unit in Maroochydoore.  1 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilets. You will be sharing a house with myself and one other.  so you'll be using the entire house by yourself or with the other person. I usually keep to myself but I'm also down to share my dishes and have a chat from time to time.

I'm looking for single persons who are quiet, clean, responsible and reliable and most importantly, have to be working and be able to pay the rent on time. As long as you clean after yourself and contribute to cleaning your room and a shared area, I'm not too fussy. Couples may be considered, just msg me for enquiries:)

* Rent $300 incl. bills and unlimited internet

* 2 weeks rent upfront, 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice, 2 months minimum stay

* Fully furnished with queensize bed, ducted A/C, fan

* 5 minutes walking distance to Coles, gym, restaurants, cafe etc

* 5 minutes walking distance to bus stop
