A week $380, every 2weeks pay $760/  2weeks deposit and 2weeks bond 

There are convenience to take a bus within 5 mins its going to the city (150 BUS) and in 2 mins shopping center include post office, pharmacy,  Korean grocery shop, coffee shop, restaurants and so on.

It's available from 3rd of Sep on Tuesday.

We prefer to find someone non-smoker or living in the house a neat person.
