About Us:
As a registered NDIS provider, Honour Care is dedicated to providing exceptional and high-quality services tailored to NDIS clients. We specialize in two core services: Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community access programs.
About the Role:
We are seeking a few dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Honour Care Company by attracting new NDIS participants and building strong relationships with stakeholders. If you are passionate about making a difference in the community and have a proven track record in business development, we want to hear from you! We provide NDIS training and knowledge and also encourage non-experienced salespersons with the right attitude and passion to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new NDIS participants.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, support coordinators, and community organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.
Collaborate with the management team to align business development strategies with company goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Represent Honour Care Company at industry events, expos, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Self-motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve goals without constant supervision.
Dynamic Spirit: Energetic and adaptable, able to respond to changing circumstances and challenges.
Proven Track Record in Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated success in previous roles.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Understanding of the NDIS Framework: Knowledge of NDIS services and regulations.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and support collective goals.
