The house is located around 8.5km north of the Brisbane CBD and it takes around 20 to 30 minutes by bus to city.

You can see the beautiful nature and the Kedron brook from the verandah which is relaxing and healing.

There is a small shopping complex with a Woolworths in 10 minutes walk.

The Everton Park Plaza (eat street with various restaurants and cafes) is 15 minutes away by foot and this may offer entertainment and various part time opportunities.

The new public library is also 15 minutes away by foot which offers various services such as book lending, study space, Wi-Fi, printing and many more.

Each room comes with a bed, a desk, and a chair.

Both levels have toilet, bathroom, living area, kitchen and laundry which allows independent living.

Rent 240p/w, bond600, minimum stay 4 weeks, 2weeks notice, towels/toilet rolls/basic cleaning products are provided, cooking utensils/plates/cutlery are provided
