Position: Depot Supervisor (Admin 60% / On-site management 40%)
Working hours: Full-time 38hrs week (including one weekend day)
Remuneration: $62,500 annum + Attractive performance based bonus + Superannuation + Free lunch
Position: Depot Admin Assistant (Admin 70% / Housekeeping 30%)
Working hours: Full-time 38hrs week (including one weekend day)
Remuneration: $26/ hr (Weekdays), $39/ hr (Saturday) + Superannuation + Free lunch

The Role
The supervisor will work closely with a manager, forepersons to manage the depot operations. The role will suit someone with expertise on hands-on management, seeking to add value to the team and support the company’s mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Management – Ensure customers are welcomed and provide efficient service, identifying areas to improve and implement effective strategies (Currently have 4.9 star Google review)
- Staff Supervision - Managing a team of staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability (a team of 5-7 ppl)
- Daily Depot Operations - Manifest management/processing, including courier bookings, POS system – Cash handling and management, Liaising with drivers for efficient pick up management (OJT will be provided)
- Manage workplace safety, cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
- Other associated ad-hoc duties
- Assist the manager with team evaluation & audit
- Identify problem areas and establish new procedures to improve efficiency.
Requirement:
- Servant Leadership – lead by example with integrity and professionalism
- Accountability & High work morale – ready to go an extra mile, stick to regulations and guidelines
- Ideal to have more than 3 years of hands-on people management experience
- Good (superior) computer skills (MS office - Excel especially)
- Good levels of communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and arithmetic skills
- Fluent in English + one or other languages will be good
- Physical/mental health and background checks
