Vietnamese Mint in Bulimba(4171) is seeking 2 part-time Wok Chef to join our team.  Beginner, intermediate or expert wok skills are welcome, full training provided.  You must be hard working, passionate and organised. We are a high pressured environment, you must have excellent organisational and communication skills.

Duties & Skills

• Beginner, intermediate or expert wok skills, full training provided
• Asian food knowledge
• High food safety practice
• Stock control and ordering
• Previous experience in a fast paced outlet
• Ability to handle the pressure of a high volume kitchen

• Adhere to recipes and procedure as outlined by manager and head chef
