We are a busy couple in our 30's looking for a housemate to share our beautiful home in Chapel Hill.

The room would be suitable for someone who would like to live close to the city (only 8kms) while enjoying bush-land living. 

Mt Cootha is a stone's throw away and both my husband and I truly enjoy being so close to beautiful nature.

The place is also close to bus stops to the city, and on the UQ bus route, so suitable for UQ students or city workers. 

We both lived and worked extensively overseas. My husband is Australian and I'm South Korean, and we would welcome South Korean students or international students from any nationality.

The rent it $140 per week + electricity bills (We have solar panels which provide great energy efficiency). 

The room comes fully furnished including a new single bed, desk, chair and a build-in wardrobe. The room also has a ceiling fan for your comfort.

We prefer female tenants, but would be happy to consider male tenants if they are students.
