I am looking for a female who can keep the room in clean.  

Only two of us will be sharing the property. 

It is a private room with own bathroom. 

The Building has swimming pool and gym and the room has air conditional.

It takes 15 mins by walk from both of Fortitude Valley station and Bowen hills station.

For a woman $210 per week / for a couple $300, 2 weeks notice, 2 weeks bond, All bills included ( wifi, water, electricity)
