We are Window covering manufacture company located in Underwood.
We are looking for full time administraction officer!
1. Qualifications & Experience.
* Prefer had experience in a similar role.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Exceptopnal writing & verbal communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office & office management software.
2. Task & Responsibilities.
* Resolve customer enquires both via telephone & email.
* Outbound appointment setting for intaller & sales rep
* Contact clients to respond to inquires or to norify them of appointments, delays..etc.
* Monthly stocktake, as well as ordering of supplies and product.
* Basic account management
* Client liaison. Finding a solution for an incomplete job and rectifying the faulty.
* Processing orders & organizing dispatch / delivery for wholesale clients.
* Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned.
3. Benefits.

* Work hours : 38hrs/wk (Mon-Thur :7am-4pm / Fri 7am - 2pm)
