Issho Sushi – About Us

Issho Sushi was founded on the meaning of our name, “Issho (いっしょ),” which means “together.”
We believe the happiness of our customers, team members, and company is connected in one circle. We aim to build a culture where we respect and support one another, grow together, and create “one shared happiness” through team synergy. We currently operate two stores and are preparing to open our third store in the first half of 2026.

Position Available

• Role: Floor Staff

• Employment Type: Casual

• Shifts: Flexible shifts based on availability

Preferred Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)

• Confident spoken English

• Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness

• Reliable and responsible work attitude

• Willing to follow company manuals and policies

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised workplace

• Valid work rights in Australia
