Looking for one sharemate to live with a couple and one roommate in an apartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 4 people living together.
You will share one bathroom with the roommate.
The living room and kitchen are spacious.

We are a working couple and usually spend most of our time outside.
Please feel free to use the laundry, bathroom, and air conditioning comfortably without feeling awkward.
We only ask that you keep the place clean and avoid unnecessary waste.

Rent is $250 per week including all bills.

Bond is 2 weeks, rent is paid 2 weeks in advance, and 2 weeks notice is required.
No minimum stay.

There is a free city loop bus stop right in front of the apartment, and it takes about 5 minutes to Central Station or Roma Street Station.

Hanaro Mart is nearby.

There is a portable air conditioner in the room.

Unlimited internet, personal air conditioner, rice, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, personal bedding, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, all kitchenware, cleaning supplies, water purifier, and personal key are all provided free of charge.

No smokers, please.
