We are a Korean couple living with a hairless cat and we are looking for a flatmate in Rochedale.

House is only 2 years old and maintained clean. It is a 4 bedroom house and we are planning on sharing 2 rooms available (one is reserved for storage).You will be sharing a bathroom with one another person (currently both rooms are vacant).

In a room, you will be given a bed, chair, desk and a closet with a 3 drawer storage for your clothes and toilet and showers are separated for easier use. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and ducted aircon(cool/hot).

If you are travelling by bus, there is a bus stop 6 mintue walk away and 30 minute express route to city in peak hours or transfer at Eightmile plains station in non-peak hours. Plenty of street parking available for those who drive.

Rent is $220 / Week with 2 weeks bond.
