Weekly rent includes water, electricity and wifi.
Furnished rooms and shared area.
Bonds are two weeks.
Housemates are Hong Kongnese and Taiwanese.
(English, Cantonese, Mandarin, basic Japanese ok)

-5mins drive to Moffat Beach, Kings Beach , Golden Beach etc
-15mins drive to USC University if the Sunshine Coast, Kawana shopping centre
-30mins drive to Maroochydore

Don’t have a car? No worries!
- 1 mins walk to bus station - Kawana, Maroochydore
- 10mins walk to Caloundra bus terminal - USC, Landsborough, Maroochydore
(I do take bus to uni and work. It’s very convenient)

Many people come to surf, scuba diving, picnic.
It is a good place to practice English and make friends !
It is closed to Glasshouse mountain, Montville and Noosa.

Although it is a regional area,
it only takes around 1 hr drive to Brisbane.
It is a place suitable for quiet and relax life.
We can assist in seeking local jobs and academic issues as well.
