There is a bus that goes all the way to Garden City and or CBD right across the street, and there is a train station behind the house that can be reached walkable distance. It is 2 storey house, The entrance to the 1st and 2nd floor is different, so you can use it freely. I have a large backyard at home, so you can use it freely. We have a kitchen on the 2nd floor and a kitchen on the 1st floor. If you ask, I'll send you a picture of the room. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Sunnybank Square by car.
