- Shared with 4 people total

- Bathroom shared with only 1 other person

- Non-smoking household

- Townhouse includes parking, a swimming pool, Car wash space.

- Furnished with single bed, desk, drawers, and closet

- Fresh appliances: refrigerator and washing machine

- Comfortable and private space

★ Rent & Conditions

- $230 per week

- Rent paid every 2 weeks

- 2 weeks’ notice required

- Minimum stay: 2 months

- Bills included: internet, electricity, toilet paper, etc
