2025 年 3 月 04 日から 2 番目の部屋に住んでくれる人を探しています。今日から私たちが住む予定の家で、空いているセカンドルームに住む方を探しています。マスタールームには私たち2人が住みます。部屋は2つ、バスルームも2つあります。セカンドルームのバスルームはセカンドルームの住人専用で使えます。

車をお持ちの場合は、ビジター用駐車場が利用でき、夜時以降はストリートパーキングが無料で可能です。

住所はCitro West Endにあり、バス停までは徒歩2分、近くにはAldiやWoolworth, Bottle shop, West Village shopping centreもあります。

週に一人で住む場合は340ドル, 光熱費は含まれています。

I’m looking for someone to live in the second room from 04-MAR-2025. The master room occupied by the two of us. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom for the second room can only be used by the resident of the second room.

Visitor parking is available if you have a car and street parking is free after the evening.

The address is in Citro West End, a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, and nearby Aldi, Woolworth, Bottle shop and West Village shopping centre.

$340 per week, including utilities.
