Only 3 people live in this house, and there is no shared living room. we are all working, so most of the time you will never run into them. 

And sorry, we don't accept smokers or short-term stays.

• Move-in: Available from 10 a.m. on July 13, 2024
• Room structure: Second room, 2 people per room
• Number of people: 1 woman
• Deposit: 2 weeks' rent
• Notice: 2 weeks
• Residence period: Minimum 2 months
• Provided: Mattress, toilet paper, Wi-Fi, various detergents, drying rack, refrigerator (each room)

When inquiring 1 woman - Please send us the period of residence (e.g., 2 months or 4 months). 

I'll give you $100 when you move in for the first week, and I'll even help you move! Please understand that my reply may be late as I am working.
