It's a female-only house (total of 4 girls) with two bathrooms.

Since it's all females, we always keep it clean! 

We also have scented candles. 

The private room is $200 (2 weeks bond, 2 weeks notice). 

Sunnybank train station is a 1-minute walk away, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. 

There's a bed, desk, and chair in the room! If you have any discomfort, I'll solve it right away. 

I bought a large refrigerator, so there's plenty of space! We use the most expensive and fastest internet. 

We've pest-controlled recently, so no worries about bugs or pests.

Sunnybank Market Plaza and Coles, Korean Mart are nearby. If you need a ride, we can go together! 

Many delicious restaurants! It's available from 1st of October. We have one dog, so please contact only if you're okay with dogs!
