Hi I am looking for 1 lady for single rooms

This is  house at Zillmere, currently me and my partner and house mates staying  

Near to Chermside shopping centre ( about 10 minutes away by bus)

I have 1 rooms available from 4th Feb.

Room 1 : 3.5x3.5m room, carpet floor, provide key for room, full furnished (wardrobe, queen bed, chair and desk)

I provide toilet paper roll, handwash, laundry liquid, fabric softener, dish detergent. 

We share most of kitchen appliances including oven, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker and dishes and cutleries 

There is big refrigerator which is for only house mates and lots of space for your personal belongings
