the flatmate must be 

able to live more than 3 months at least 

full time student or permanent worker ( i work mon to friday) 

need to respect other's privacy 

no party animal 

need to clean and tidy up for share place (kitchen/living room) 

rent fee: 180 /week (including bill, electricity bill 100 per quarter/ per person)
