- Facilities: swimming pool, gym

- Fully furnished (bed, side table, desk, chair in bedroom, dining table, tv, couch in living area, fully equipped in kitchen, washing machine etc.)

- All bills included

- Number of residents: 4 people in total

- Party X

- No Smoking including balcony (penalty would be required to pay to the property management)

- Those who can use it cleanly

- 2 weeks prepayment / 2 weeks bond + $100 key deposit per person
- at least 1 month notice to leave
- minimum stay 4 months
