We are searching for a skilled Barista who is interested in a future Cafe Manager role (full-time). We're seeking someone to lead the team across a 5-day roster (7-day café)

The Barista job would start immediately or as soon as possible. The Manager's role will start when our unique cafe is understood enough to take on its management well.


What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading daily café operations and an enthusiastic team
• Showcasing strong barista skills
• Managing rosters, stock, and orders
• Training and mentoring staff
• Collaborating with other departments

What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year in a management role
• Great communicator with strong emotional intelligence
• Reliable, motivated, and passionate about specialty coffee
