This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced office administrator to join our growing professional & friendly team to manage smooth running of the office and provide excellent administrative support to our busy team.
Nippon food supplies is a Multilingual wholesale and food importing business, we are looking for a experienced office administrator to join our expanding team based in Coopers Plains, QLD.
We have grown to be one of the leading industry suppliers in Queensland. We pride ourselves in providing the largest range of products available to the market, including outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for supporting team with all administrative need to run business efficiently. Working in a small-medium sized business environment you will understand that flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Benefits: Employee discount
Schedule: Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Data entry
- Customer service
- General Office Administration
- Business Management System Administration
- First contact of phone enquiry
- Entering of invoices
- Purchasing products from overseas
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point/ Windows)
- Good understanding of Asian food culture
- Bilingual (English and Chinese/Korean/Japanese) advantage but NOT essential
SALARY PACKAGE:
- Good Base salary (dependent on experience)
- + Super
