What we are looking for
Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in Kitchen or FOH

• A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.

• Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met.

• Availability for a 7-day rotating roster (hours are shared depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)

• A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business.

• Experience in a premium dining restaurant or luxury hotel
