Gold Coast’s newest restaurant is looking for a head chef. Nestled in the centre of Burleigh heads amongst some of the best venues on the Gold Coast the restaurant seats 40 people with quick service and high turnover in authentic Korean cuisine, it’s bright, eye catching and must have the right chef to bring the concept successfully to fruition.

Head Chef must have:
- Experience as a Head Chef within a similar sized restaurant
- Experience in menu development, costing and meeting specific business and individual KPI’s
- Extensive experience in Korean Cuisine or a similar cuisine looking to expand your knowledge and skill set
- An open communication style with the ability to inspire those working for you
- Insight to review operational performance and how to make improvements where necessary
