???? Piñata Farms Tasmania — Hiring QC & Field Supervisors (2025-26 Harvest Season)
Hi everyone ????
We’re Piñata Farms Tasmania, one of the leading berry producers in southern Tasmania (Orielton area, ~20 minutes from Hobart).
As we prepare for the upcoming strawberry & raspberry harvest season (November 2025 – May 2026), we’re now recruiting reliable and proactive people for Quality Control (QC) and Field Supervisor (SV) positions.
These are key leadership roles in our field operation — ideal for people who are confident communicating in English, enjoy teamwork, and can take responsibility for others in a fast-moving harvest environment.

• Communicating between pickers and supervisors to ensure consistency
• Recording daily attendance via scanner or paper sheet
You’ll typically manage: a small group of around 10 workers
Preferred Skills / Experience:
• Intermediate English (daily communication level)
• Experience in fruit picking or QC/inspection roles
• Leadership or training experience — such as teaching, coaching, or mentoring others
• Attention to detail and a calm, reliable attitude

• Prior experience supervising teams or coordinating production work
• Comfortable making quick decisions in the field
• Organised, confident, and able to lead by example

• Work schedule: average 35–50 hours per week during the harvest season
• Payslips: issued weekly
• Work type: direct employment (no contractors)
---
???? PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
