We have a new 2 bedroom granny flat with a shower, toilet and open plan kitchen & lounge. It is attached to next to our house so we will share the drive way to park cars.
It is 700 m walk to North boondall train station and bus stops.
The bedrooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned with ceiling fans. There's a kitchen table and a dish washer. We are happy to accommodate to get more furniture if needed.
We are on a property of about 2 acres and have 2 friendly dogs.
The rental is including electricity & water bills.
