We store supervisors for our Gold Coast stores.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary position + bonus incentives and will be required to be available across all store trading hours. Applicants must have previous experience in leading a team and working within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Visual merchandising and stock control

- Training and development of team members in sales, service, and safety

- Managing all day-to-day operations of the store.

To be considered for this role you need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

- A passion for customer service and sales achievement.

- Experience in developing staff and motivating teams.

- Demonstrated ability in supervising, stock management, merchandise, and loss prevention processes.

- The ability to work within a dynamic and physical retail environment.

- Strong awareness of health and safety policies.

- An eye for detail, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to change.

- Fluent in Korean is preferable but not necessary.
