Proferlo Furniture is a fast-growing e-commerce furniture retailer specialising in flat-packed, ready-to-assemble home furnishings. We operate exclusively online, fulfilling deliveries nationwide and offering weekday Click & Collect from our Brisbane warehouse. With new stock arriving regularly and a focus on exceptional customer experience, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Customer Support All-Rounder to join our team.

About the Role

This is a diverse position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable jumping between warehouse tasks and customer service duties. You will support daily operations, help customers with their enquiries, and assist with dispatch and stock handling.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Respond to customer emails with accurate product and order information
• Answer inbound customer phone calls professionally and confidently
• Assist with creating and preparing customer communication templates
• Communicate Click & Collect instructions and arrange pick-up appointments
• Provide friendly and helpful post-purchase support

Warehouse Operations

• Prepare, pick, and pack customer orders for dispatch
• Create shipping labels and book collections with external courier services
• Assist with unloading containers when new stock arrives (flat-packed furniture)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety
• Restock shelves and ensure inventory is stored correctly
• Assist customers collecting Click & Collect orders on-site

General Duties

• Work closely with the business owner/warehouse manager on daily priorities
• Follow internal operating procedures (training provided)
• Support other operational tasks as required in a small-team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, warehousing, or a similar role
• Confident in using computers, email, and basic software (Shopify experience is a bonus but not required)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle flat-packed furniture
• Good level of fitness and overall physical health
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
