Full time Chef needed at Kenmore.
We are looking for experienced chefs with a great passion for food and equipped with high level of teamwork/communication skills to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff in preparing dishes
Oversee and monitor the work of kitchen staff to ensure all tasks are completed as required
Check freshness of food and ingredients and discard out-of-date items
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes in a professional and timely manner
Prioritise and manage work order
Ensure wastage is minimized by careful supervision of food preparation methods


Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
What is required for this role:
must have at least 2 years experience as chef
must have completed a formal training in cookery qualification/apprenticeship
must have the ability to work well and communicate clearly with other staff in a team setting
must have a strong focus on being creative and attention to details
must have a desire to learn new food trends and skills.
