Foot & Ankle Experts Health Clinic located in Hamilton is seeking a Medical Receptionist.

We are a young vibrant clinic located in Hamilton riverside. We are a Podiatry first clinic, but we also provide Physio and Acupuncture.

Your role as a medical receptionist would be the first point of contact in both person and on the phone.
We are looking for someone with a bright personality, the ability to multitask, a strong work ethic and strong computer skills.
Previous experience in the role would be advantageous, but not essential.

This role would suit a podiatry student or any other health student who is looking for a peek into the industry.

About the role:

• The position will be casual with a set weekly schedule, 10-15 hours a week. Monday to Wednesday.
  
  

• Hourly rate of $30.59.

Reporting directly to the Practice Manager your daily duties will include:

• Greeting patients in a bright and professional manner

• Booking patient appointments

• Data entry of personal and confidential information

• Processing payments

• Answering Incoming calls

• Practitioner diary management

• Assisting practice manager with admin overflow as required

Essential criteria for role: 

• Must speak flaunt Korean and English.

• Must be able to write in Korean and translate English into Korean and vice versa.
