Position: Experienced Chef (Preferably with Korean cuisine knowledge)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute a diverse menu of Korean dishes
- Create innovative and visually appealing presentations of food items
- Ensure consistent food quality and taste by adhering to established recipes and standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine menu offerings
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of culinary excellence
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain food quality standards
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new culinary techniques and flavours
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with experience in Korean cuisine or a Korean restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Korean culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavours
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavours and presentations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and work well under changing circumstances
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
