WE ARE HIRING –BACK KITCHEN STAFF

ON A ROLL SUSHI BANYO

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Back Kitchen Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and marinate chicken and other ingredients for service
• Cook chicken and kitchen menu items following restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Store food items properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not required
