Job Summary
This role is to provide key marketing and student service support to ensure operations are conducted in a timely and effective manner, and to be responsible for general student support, and marketing support for NIET such as:
- Ensure a high level of customer service to clients and student services
- Ensure the administration and preparation of student orientations information and student homestay regular visits
- Ensure coordination of resources required for training delivery
- Administration of student management system, including high-level accuracy in data entry
- Maintain accurately and up to date file management
- Provide marketing support via all communication channels
- Assist compliance audits based on regulatory requirements for ASQA
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service and Marketing assistant and your responsibilities are listed but not limited to:
- Actively recruiting students and contact education agent
- Liaise with Students, Marketing and Finance Team in processing admissions
- Maintain Student Management System
- Ensuring and maintain the currency of knowledge about the College, courses, university pathways
- Regular update of companies social media and website
- Creating and Maintain positive Agent professional relationships
- Convert general inquiries to enrolments Attending local and international Agent. Effectively marketing the College in person, via phone, email and social media, advising of course outcomes, career opportunities, further education pathways, payment options and generally answering questions Assisting with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful, the candidate must demonstrate the following skills and knowledge;
- Marketing Specialist in the Korean students requirement for both the onshore and offshore market.
- Bilingual skill is required, Korean and English.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, meet the deadlines.
- Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Advertising qualification background highly regarded
- legal rights to work in Australia
- Most importantly have Passion in Education Industry.
