As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Mobile Phone Technician that enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices 

- Trouble-shooting customer inquiries/Technical phone issues 

- Demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers 

- Carry out quality control test Provide repair skill training to new or junior phone repair technicians 

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices repair as a mobile phone technician for at least 6 months 

- Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair skills across all popular brands of Smartphone and Tablets 

- Micro soldering level repair skill will be preferred but not essential 

- Strong technical attributes and responsibility 

- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
