Our client is looking for experienced knife hands, butchers and slicers to commence ASAP! You will be an important part of a fun and highly motivated team where you will undertake a range of pork processing activities based in Kingaroy, approximately 200 km from Brisbane.

Offering strong performers long term career development and job stability, the role requires you to work around 38 hours per week as rostered and per production requirements.

Commencing on a casual basis with a view to progressing to full-time employment, this is a fantastic opportunity to settle into a long, fulfilling career within a growing Agribusiness!

Your Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and be able to work in a meat processing environment. You will need your own vehicle and have a flexible attitude to your work. To be considered for the role, please ensure you can prove the following:

• Able to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol
• Minimum 6 months experience as a knife hand
• Proven knife and sharpening skills
• Able to provide two professional work references
• Flexibility to work early morning / afternoon shifts
• Cert III in Meat Processing (not essential but highly regarded)
