The Role  

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand strategy, enhance both the volume and quality of leads, and support revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a creative storyteller, strategic thinker, and proactive leader capable of managing multi-channel campaigns from inception through to post-campaign analysis.  

Key Responsibilities  

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company objectives, covering branding, digital marketing, and offline activities.  

- Campaign Management: Oversee and optimise monthly advertising budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.  

- Content & Brand Management: Manage content strategy, including overseeing blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and website content to support lead generation efforts.  

- Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on marketing campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to management.  

- Budget Oversight: Monitor marketing budgets, forecast expenditure, and manage costs effectively.  

- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments such as sales, product development, and design to create compelling assets.  

Requirements  

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.  

- At least three years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a similar industry.  

- Proven success in executing paid acquisition campaigns and managing budgets.  

- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.  

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.  

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
