Job opening for highly skilled and experienced Japanese Izakaya Cook to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

We are located based in Brisbane CBD; the venue has a strong emphasis on variety of Japanese cuisine.

Ideal Candidates, must pose but not limited to:

-         - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Japanese restaurant

-         - Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant

-         - Must have experience and knowledge across Japanese cuisine

-         - Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

-         - Maintain high kitchen standard

-         - Outstanding knife skills

-         - Strong understanding of food safety standard

-         - Full availability – with flexible times.

-         - Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant
